A leadership by example role, the work spans guiding, supporting and building solutions, prioritizing a wide range of work activities and guiding solution architecture and integration strategy, while working with business leaders to define a roadmap and prioritize initiatives that link business strategy to technology opportunity.

Your Professional Profile
A leader with proven ability to understand and convert business objectives into design and delivered function 5 + years of development solutions and architecture experience 3+ years effectively leading large, complex programs with significant change impact, multiple dependencies within and organizational boundaries Success delivering key initiatives such as technology migrations, system integrations, new product launches, business application deployments, and business process automation Passion to develop, coach, and lead high-performing technical teams with demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment Technically active, inquisitive, and astute mind, able to lead multi-layered technical conversations with partners, vendors and team members, while able to distill the concepts for discussion and decision making with non-technical partners
