The team will provide a differentiated story drives an unparalleled industry leading experience for our field sellers and customers.As a Demo Factory Architect, you will be responsible for creating innovative solution experiences that showcase Microsoft’s unique value proposition and highlight the advantages of our broad solution portfolio.
Through collaboration with the field on engagements, you will identify trends, industry best practices and anticipate customer’s articulated and unarticulated needs.
Demo Services engagements will fuel your innovation pipeline and you will need to make certain that the solutions you create incorporate the latest and greatest innovations across our portfolio of services and most importantly deliver business value.
You will be expected to think outside the box and discover commonalities across industries and scenarios to design compelling solutions that drive amazing solution experiences for our customers.
Other aspects of the role will be to evaluate scenarios that can be cultivated for re-use by the broader community to drive success at scale.
You will own a regular feedback cadence with the product and marketing teams.
There will be an expectation to engage in larger strategic deals with customers and Microsoft sales teams, executive briefings and events; as these engagements will advise future innovations.**Responsibilities**+ Drive solution strategy through innovative solution design and proving expertise across solutions and offerings tied to value+ Deliver innovative cross-cloud solutions that support our customers achieve transformational business outcomes and differentiate Microsoft from the competition+ Participate in Demo Services intake reviews with field technical sellers to learn customer challenges and apply best practices+ Iterate on the solution with the build team to ensure the highest quality and specifications are delivered+ Responsible for the innovation pipeline that anticipates industry trends+ Identify repeatable assets and industry relevant scenarios that can be leveraged at scale+ Influence product roadmap guided by customer and sales team feedback+ Engage directly on strategic sales pursuits, executive briefings and 1:M events+ Continually learn new capabilities across the Microsoft portfolio of solutions and how they may be applied to solve customer challenges**Qualifications****Required Qualifications:**+ 7+ years’ experience in business applications implementation, pre-sales and/or related roles+ Deep understanding of cloud services and applications; especially in Dynamics 365 solutions and Power Platform+ Experience building and delivering demos to customers**Additional Qualifications:**+ Proven ability to learn quickly, adapt and comprehend new concepts and technologies and the opportunity to apply those concepts to drive business value and outcomes+ Validated experience in consultative technical selling or implementation, including bringing innovative ideas to customer challenges+ Top-tier problem-solving abilities to understand underlying causes of the problem, not symptoms+ Skilled at anticipating customer needs and finding commonalities across industry scenarios+ Coding experience is required across web and application programming languages such as C#, ASP.NET, REST, SQL, HTML, and JavaScript/jQuery+ Competitive knowledge of the business applications landscape; Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, etc.+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field required.Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
