We are looking for a Lead Architect forCloud Managed Servicesplatform to provide managed services at scale, standardized and highly automated.
Leading a team of architects but also working with other architects within the Dell organization.
The functional and hierarchical team consists of multi-disciplinary architects, who are responsible for guiding theplatform.
Contributing to the overall global architecture of Dell Technologies to facilitate the organizational transformation to as-a-service offerings, simplified IT landscape and SRE operating model.

in Engineering, Computer Science, technical degree, or equivalent work experience with 15+ years of experience in Architecting andimplementing highly available and scalable products with emphasis on products for highly technical users (e.G.Software engineers, system engineers, site reliability engineers).5+ years of experience of building “Cloud Scale” Services for PaaS and/orIaCAutomation for Infrastructure Management with public cloud experiencePrior working experience with Agile software development,DevSecOps,IaCand their Automation toolchainsSolid understanding of Edge Computing and Container baseddeployments(Kubernetes)Knowledge of the architecture patterns for cloud native applications to be used to define feature needs for the platformManagement & Operations tools experience with a goal of zero touch automation in a multi-tenant mannerSelf-Organizing and deeply understands negotiation methods and the stakes and manages opposing viewpointsTeam player, supporting and promoting team accomplishments with a proven ability to drive change through influence and collaboration across a matrix organization in a highly fluid environment.Implementation experience of zero trust securityDesireable RequirementsExperience working closely with Site Reliability Engineering teamsPrior experience of full stack development is aplusExceptional written and verbal communicator – able to translate complex technical constructs/solutions to all level of understanding including C-Suite Here’s our story; now tell us yoursDell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
