We’re looking for a Data Architect to join our Product team.

The Data Architect will own the entire data lifecycle within the company from data ingestion to data visualization.

Additionally, the Data Architect will collaborate cross-departmentally, providing day to day support fulfilling data requests and needs throughout the organization.

The individual will maintain data storage and a data dictionary while also handling database design.

The Data Architect will report into the Vice President of Product.

To be successful in this role, the Data Architect must have a strong understanding of advertising data, be technologically savvy and be able to work autonomously.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Connect data streams via API and manual/automated reports
  • Maintain updated and accurate data dictionary
  • Maintain clean data and templated data streams
  • Build, schedule and maintain external and internal reports and dashboards
  • Facilitate dashboard creation via offshore resource
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies
  • Maintain storage limits
  • Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Work collaboratively across departments including Client Services, Performance Campaign Management and Ad Operations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, or Computer Science or related
  • 3 or more years of working experience in a related field
  • Experience with advertising data and advertising platform reporting
  • Strong personal management; you’re driven – no one needs to push you to excel, it’s just who you are
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members cross-departmentally
  • Keen attention to detail and consistent follow-through to commitments
  • Understanding of database design and construction
  • Experience and understanding of computer languages used within database, for example, SQL, JAVA, R and Python

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with Datorama
  • Experience with tableau
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
