Business & Integration Architecture Manager (Accenture LLP; Philadelphia, PA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Business & Integration Architecture Manager in Philadelphia, PA, and the job duties are as follows: Define, analyze, solve, and document the business requirements and processes for Accenture or our clients program/project specifications and objectives in trade promotion management and retail execution.

Develop an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques.

Gather and analyze information to define and review project specifications and requirements for .NET Web applications and Computer Anwendungs-und Systemberatung AG (CAS) products.

Write functional specifications using cases and requirements that describe the necessary system changes or new system features.

Develop functionality, and demonstrate the functional solutions to business, IT client, and the development team.

Provide functional support to the development team to use the functional specifications and requirements to develop technical solutions leveraging CAS product expertise.

Identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors and will be implemented by the team.

Determine methods and procedures on new assignments and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Management, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following: Designing, configuring, coding, testing, deploying, and supporting .NET web applications, SQL Server configurations, and CAS product implementation and support; Gathering requirements and working with offshore team member(s) and onsite process architects for coordination and day-to-day delivery of projects; Providing IT support in utilities industry, including troubleshooting IT issues, defining and implementing ITIL processes for IT support, and maintaining Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB); Architecture of CAS product and integration with SAP MDM (“Master Data Management”), SAP PO, SAP FIN, and Reporting BI; Working on performance improvement of data extraction in most optimized ways for BI integration; Building performance optimized code binaries; SQL performance tuning for stored procedures to handle large data during nightly batch processes; and Collaborating with project and program stakeholders, clients, and work with teams in multiple geographies.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
