IPS SC&O specifically houses individuals who help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing, and fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities: Identifies, assesses, and solvescomplex business problemsfor area of responsibility
– Fulfillment and order optimization, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Closelyfollows the strategic directionset by senior management when establishing near term goals.

Interacts withsenior managementat a client and/or within Accentureon matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.

Hassome latitudein decision-making.

Acts independently to determine methods and procedures onnew assignments.

Decisions have a major day to day impact onarea of responsibility.

Manageslarge
– medium sized teamsand/or work effortsat a client or within Accenture.

Drive team to configure the system to support business requirements, design / configure different seeded resources.

Should be able to drive business requirement workshop and solution design related to BY fulfillment module Drive team to Perform end to end testing during System Integration Testing Drive team to Perform User Acceptance Testing Architecting Planning solutions to achieve a defined business outcome, working with Interfaces, workflows, and data management/data migration.

Drives team to the adoption of standard business supply chain planning operating model practices.

Provide knowledge of integrating Blue Yonder with host ERP systems for both Inbound and Outbound Interfaces, workflows, Query development, preparation of detailed functional specifications.

Travel Note: For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Here’s what you need Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (if an Associate Degree with 6 years of work experience) Minimum of 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations and Execution Minimum of 5 years of experience in Blue Yonder Toolsas Solution Architect Minimum of 1 year of experience in BY Demand, Demand 360, BY Fulfillment/Order optimization implementation in retail or consumer goods industry Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Small to Mid-Sized Staffs and Projects Nice to have Experience in BY LDE, BY flowcasting solution Experience of leading technical design for inbound / outbound processes Advance knowledge of Blue Yonder planning solutions configuration approaches and integration with peripheral solution such as ESP.

Expertise in, at least, 2-3 major application modules: BY Fulfillment, BY demand planning, Fulfillment, Inventory Planning / Optimizations, Order promising, S&OP, etc.

Expertise in functional integration (ongoing closed loop) to major ERP and planning solution Advanced Understanding of SCPO Data Model Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Excellent leadership and management skills As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.

For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $119,880
– $197,900 and information on benefits offered is here.
