Bilingual QA/Intake Specialist

Job Description: The QA/Intake Specialist will be responsible for speaking with employees who are injured on the job and recording/reporting their demographic and injury information.

The Intake Specialist will also be responsible for QA’ing reports from nursing staff and distributing to treating facilities and clients.

With this mind, below are a few of the required skills and qualifications: Requirements: Must have a high attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Must like speaking on the phone and have excellent phone communication and customer service skills.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Excellent grammar and spelling skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, etc.

Ability to navigate several software systems concurrently.

Must be able to type a minimum of 45 WPM.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Superior organizational and time management skills.

Must enjoy working with a great team of people in a friendly, small office environment.

Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish preferred but not required Ability to communicate information verbally (over-the-phone) in a clear and detailed manner.

Exceptional phone etiquette.

Capability to write clear, concise reports and emails.

Preferred but not required: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.

Experience in Medical or Human Resources field (great position for Medical Assistants).
