Working as a Project or Client Engagement Manager;
Leading transformational projects centered around Azure Cloud services;
Creating detailed migration, cut-over, or go-live plans;
Managing and evaluating the performance of team members / direct reports;
Coaching Azure engineers / developers in order to help them upskill and succeed in completing their assigned responsibilities;
Managing project operations, including effort estimation, staffing, budget, timelines, deliverables, risks & issues;
Preparing and presenting status reports to multiple stakeholders;
Owning and maintaining proven relationships with customer counterparts;
Consulting and / or client facing experience;
Developing Azure based solutions as an engineer or solution architect;
Designing resilient and scalable Azure-based architectures, and validating that they adhere to customer technical requirements and leading practices;
Deploying Azure resources with infrastructure as code automation (e.g., Terraform, ARM, PowerShell);
Rolling out cloud automation solutions for managing and maintaining the deployed environments; and,
Developing secure and resilient architectures in Azure, with hands-on experience in Azure Cloud IaaS & PaaS services, Identity and Access management , software-defined networking, security, governance, and compliance, Azure native disaster recovery & resilience capabilities.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs;
Possessing experience participating in or leading cloud strategy projects (e.g., current state assessment, future state recommendations, initiatives roadmap);
Possessing experience participating in business development, new opportunity pursuits, and intellectual capital development;
Implementing Azure Virtual Desktop / Windows 365, SAP on Azure, multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud deployments, cloud native application development and containers (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes and familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering, cloud automation and provisioning tools / techniques (ARM, Terraform, and Azure DevOps); and,
Participating in business development, new opportunity pursuits, and intellectual capital development.
