Developing Cloud based solutions (Azure strongly preferred) as an engineer or solution architect;
Designing resilient and scalable Azure-based architectures, and validating that they adhere to customer technical requirements and leading practices;
Deploying Azure resources with infrastructure as code automation (e.g., Terraform, ARM, PowerShell);
Rolling out cloud automation solutions for managing and maintaining the deployed environments;
Working experience as a Project or Client Engagement Manager (desired);
Leading transformational projects centered around Azure Cloud services;
Managing and evaluating the performance of team members / direct reports;
Coaching Azure engineers / developers in order to help them upskill and succeed in completing their assigned responsibilities;
Managing project operations, including effort estimation, staffing, budget, timelines, deliverables, risks & issues;
Preparing and presenting status reports to multiple stakeholders;
Owning and maintaining strong relationships with customer counterparts;
Consulting and / or client facing experience desired but not required;
Understanding of Cloud foundational components, with design and hands-on experience (Azure preferred) in most of the following areas: Azure Cloud IaaS & PaaS services, Identity and access management; Software-defined networking, security, governance, and compliance , Cloud automation and provisioning tools / techniques (ARM, Terraform, and Azure DevOps a plus) , Azure native disaster recovery & resilience capabilities;
Migrating on-premises workloads to the cloud, and / or designing cloud-native application architectures;
Preparing architecture and operational documentation, including design diagrams and runbooks (desired);
Implementing Azure Virtual Desktop / Windows 365, SAP on Azure, multi cloud or hybrid cloud deployments, native application development t an containers (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes); and,
Possessing working experience or familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering.
