RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking an Application Architect in Louisville, KY.
Summary: The Application Architect designs and develops IT applications architecture solutions to business problems.
The Application Architect performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications for new products/services, applications, and service offerings.
This resource assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture.
Responsibilities of an Application Architect: The Application Architect will create system integration documents, like interface contracts, system context diagrams, Create system-level design specifications The Application Architect designs decisions to help the team focus on development At this time, the Architect must be well versed with cloud technologies and implementation patterns Design the system with non-functional parameters in view; Such as configuration, logging, parameterization etc.
Drive the applications to be enterprise adherent and help the team to work on required processes The Application Architect will design the application’s security modules (e.g., authentication, authorization, encryption modules, communication modules) Help the leadership with estimation and prioritization of the required work Perform code review and code coverage scenarios Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree 5 or more experience as a senior developer in large IT projects Prior project lead experience with cloud migrations Experience in design, build and implement API, data integration modules (e.g., Java/.net, web services, web servers, encryption algorithms, SQL/ No-SQL databases, data streaming, JSON, ETL, pub-sub tools, reporting tools) Experience in cloud implementation Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
