You are:
s ALIP Ecosystem Solution Architecture Lead, you will lead a team of talented Integration architects to manage the delivery of ALIP Ecosystem Integration for large scale ALIP implementations.
You will drive and execute the product & technology roadmap for ALIP Integration & Ecosystem capabilities with a well-defined target state and long-term architecture in alignment of core ALIP platform technology goals.
You will support sales, drive and manage solution and delivery of large scale ALIP Ecosystem Integration work on multiple engagements.
You will work with Sales leaders, product management, business architects and ALIP leadership to create leading end to end Life Insurance as a service offering with an out of the box ecosystem.
You will also work closely with Head of Technology Architecture & Head of Software Product Engineering to manage the rollouts and adoption of multiyear technology enhancements across ALIP platform and ALIP clients.
The Work:
Sales Support – Lead Ecosystem solution design discussions, visualize & plot future ecosystem, Identify opportunities for rationalization, Build cost & resource model for implementation.
Define roles / responsibilities and artifact templates to be used between Accenture & client.
Delivery – Provide governance and manage solution and delivery of large scale ALIP Ecosystem Integration work on multiple engagements.
Product Strategy – Help define and execute the product & technology roadmap for ALIP Integration & Ecosystem capabilities with a well-defined target state and long-term architecture to create leading end to end Life Insurance as a service offering with an out of the box ecosystem.
Manage the rollouts and adoption of multiyear technology enhancements across ALIP platform and ALIP clients.
Qualifications
Here’s what you need:
- 7+ years of Life Insurance & Annuities business processes experience.
- 7+ years of large Technology Team Management
- 3+ years of Cloud Transformation experience.
- 7+ years of Software engineering experience.
- 7+ years of Technology and Integration Strategy and architecture experience.
- 5+ years of budgeting planning experience.
Bonus points if:
- You have experience with winning business case development for internal investment funding.
- You have experience with Insure Techs and new data usages such as medical and health for life insurance.
- You have experience with business analytics in Life & Annuity domain.
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $159,516
– $263,400.
