We are searching for a Digital Production Designer to help produce and maintain the visual identities of our clients brand and developer products.
Must be self-sufficient, have excellent composition skills, a strong work ethic and love for design.
The candidate will collaborate with our team in the creation of print and digital assets.
This candidate will have to have a keen eye for detail and is obsessed with consistency and accuracy across all save-outs.n nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:n n Digital and print finishing, light design work, and production collateral which include concepts, final mocks, and presentations Assist in bulk resizing of locked final art such as creating multiple sizes for different breakpoints Work with our creative directors, art directors and project managers on various media properties Create templates and roll them out across various formats and sizes Think holistically about the visual style of the brand/property while following guidelines and digital/print specifications Grow and develop your skill set by collaborating on projects, sharing rationale and approach, and engaging in formal reviewsn n REQUIREMENTS:n n 5-8 years of experience as a digital production designer Design Portfolio showcasing production work on large campaigns Understanding of composition, typography and design systems Practical experience in design for Media/Entertainment or branding Experience implementing visual design systems across a range of platforms Organizational skills and experience using GSuite (Google Drive, Docs, Slides and Sheets) Have a professional working knowledge with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Figma Knowledge and experience in motion and web is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Have the ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects; excellent time management Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlinesn n PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:n n BFA/BA/BS degree in Design Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships Ability to act as a leader in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale Work independently on solving problems Place an emphasis on process and organization Grace under pressuren Powered by JazzHRn nLINi4BJe5C
