Visual Basic Applications Programmer
Location: Remote – Must sit in Los Angeles
Contract to Hire – $26/hour
THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
Bankruptcy Trustee has an immediate entry level IT opening for a Visual Basic Applications Programmer. The position will involve form design, coding and testing of custom applications to support the Trustee’s operation. Other duties and responsibilities may include implementation of software upgrades and various hardware supports.
As the VBA Programmer you will be proving programming development support to the IT Manager. Projects for the VBA Programmer will play a heavy hand in the overall success of this company’s objectives.
MUST HAVES
- Thorough expertise of Visual Basic programming and language
- Hands-on experience with Database Functions
- Complete familiarity with Microsoft Access
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with ASP.NET, SQL Server, Crystal Reports, and Microsoft Suite
MORE ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s Degree in a computer or science field
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Desire to continuously grow and learn
- Dedicated home workspace with at least:
- Up-to-date Home PC
- Internet speed of at least 100Mbps
- MUST be local to LA area to apply; will start as remote but transition to office post-pandemic.
