Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented UX/UI designer to work with our design fulfillment team.

We aim to design the most engaging and unique digital experiences, enhancing how users interact with brands.

We love to tackle tough design challenges and are looking for someone to hit the ground running on current and new design projects.
The UX/UI designer will create and define engaging user experiences and work closely with our engineering and program management teams to drive projects through to fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain end-to-end design documentation for a project (including information architecture, flow maps, mid to high fidelity prototypes, style guides, and assets).
* Work closely with our development and project management teams to document feature expectations, requirements and design deliverables.
* Design well thought out, cohesive user experiences across iOS and Android platforms.
* Maintain design systems or GUIs for a project and deliver visually designed screens that are consistent and cohesive.
* Adhere to brand guidelines on fonts, colors, and imagery, while maintaining accessibility standards for users.
* Deliver art assets and style guides to the development team and provide design support through the development and QA process.
* Clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years professional UX/UI experience in iOS and android design
* Bachelor’s Degree in Design or relevant field of study
* A portfolio of work that demonstrates an understanding of UX/UI best practices across iOS and android
* Proficiency in industry-standard software for wireframing, prototyping, and visual design (UXPin, Sketch, or similar)
* A clear understanding of the importance of human-centered design and design thinking
* A well-versed understanding of optimizing designs across platforms and form factors
* A flexible and collaborative mindset
* A focus on attention to detail with an ownership mentality
* Good time management and communication skills
