What you’ll do At A2 Hosting our UX (User Experience) Designer plays a vital role in ensuring that our customers and users experiences are ideal.
The UX Designer will work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Software Development to design and combine interfaces and workflows that enhance user experiences of our websites and hosting solutions.
Using agile, design, and lean thinking will design product interfaces and experiences that our clients love.
Who you’ll work with As the UX Designer you will be working with a vast array of departments such as Product Management, Marketing, and Software Development.

Who you are Conducts studies and uses findings to establish the best overall design elements to include in UX design experiences Builds story maps to conceptualize designs to accurately convey project plans to clients and senior management Creates surveys and MVP tests to gather feedback on users ease of use and satisfaction interfacing on our company’s websites and products Designs the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product Conducts testing of MVP, websites and software to assess user experience and ease of design use Analyzes website data to gauge customer responsiveness to design changes Enhances user experience by creating seamless navigation through various programs and interfaces Combines interface design concepts with product design and establish milestones to encourage cooperation and teamwork Iterates rapidly to achieve product-market fit Develops and continually improve A2’s lean UX playbook Skills you have 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design Experience in UX research and user needs discovery and analysis Proficient in drawing and conceptualization using visual design programs with a high level of attention to detail A wide and deep knowledge of design thinking tools that promote rapid customer feedback and frequent cycles of learning Able to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces and experiences for clients Professional written and interpersonal skills for communicating with internal and external customers and users Self driven curiosity for continued learning and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies Able to creatively overcome challenges using problem-solving skills and a desire to leverage data to optimize outcomes.
