The Sr.
Interactive Designer will need to develop this system with best practices and standards.
They will also provide support to teams that are going to be using the design system.The Senior Interactive Designer is responsible for defining, designing and maintaining web standards and interactive UI components for Digital Design System across web and native apps.
You must employ balance of Interactive Art Direction, creativity, innovation, service principals and attention-to-detail in order to merge client’s Brand principles with user’s behavioral and attitudinal expectations across Digital Experiences.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: As a member of our team, you’ll work within an Agile and Lean UX environment and iterative process, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members and stakeholders to analyze, design and convey your design vision.
You’ll use your expertise to delight users with designs that inspire, engage and excite.
A natural problem solver, communicator and facilitator, you’ll be involved in every step of the process from idea generation to implementation.
Understand user interface patterns and behaviors, and use that understanding to drive user comprehension, and improve task performance Use visualizations and interactions to support analytic thinking with large data sets Facilitate design critique, evaluate interactions for inclusivity and provide expert advice and guidance to cross-functional teams and stakeholders Facilitate ideation sessions and collaborative work activities Act as the interaction design subject-matter expert for the product design teamSkills: 12+ Years’ experienceAdvanced Knowledge of Figma Experience inspecting and reviewing Design System tokens in HTML, CSS Expert ability developing IxD standards Apply strong typography, color, UI layout and storytelling skills Education: BA/BS degree in Design (e.G.
interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science (CS), or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
