COMPENSATION

$58,240.00 – $70,000.00 Annually + Bonus

SOME OF WHAT YOU’LL DO

We’re looking for a stellar Graphic Designer do join our textile and prints team. This Graphic Designer will work with multiple designers across multiple lines to create unique prints for activewear, sportswear and other categories. From seeing your work on our owned brands such as Marika and Wildfox, to our licensed brands Orvis and GAP, this is a great opportunity for anyone willing to work hard and bring innovative design to the masses.

Creates original textile designs for multiple product categories that are relevant to customer, on trend, innovative and brand appropriate
Create original textile designs for multiple product categories
Produce print repeats from final artwork; edits, re-colors and matches color from seasonal color palette
Use Photoshop and Illustrator to prepare, modify, and resize artwork; collaborate with product development and design team to ensure designs manufacturability
Prepare art files, print presentation files and print palettes to pass to production and design team
Make print groups for each delivery and creates multiple color ways for textile prints
Create and present print concepts to design team and merchant partners
Keep up-to-date and able to speak to print business performance during presentations
Demonstrate clear understanding of customer and product strategy
Attend product strategy meetings, trend briefings, textile artwork reviews and presentations, artwork production approval meetings (reviewing color and scale)
Attend artwork studio vendor meetings for purchasing prints

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design preferred
6+ years of textile design work experience, preferably in an activewear market
Experience working on multiple categories and managing multiple collections simultaneously
Experience in researching and presenting additional trend ideas
Excellent eye and confidence for color and working with color palettes across multiple categories
Fine art and illustration skills
