User Experience Designer at Corra, you will work within our team of strategists, visual designers, solution strategists and developers to ensure the delivery of best-in-class creative products for our clients.

The Sr.

User Experience Designer will also work with project managers and executive management to make sure that each client’s needs are being met, user?s needs addressed, and the creative/strategic goals are on track.THE IDEAL CANDIDATEWe work closely with our partner teams through all stages of development, from identifying initial opportunities to refining the user experience to analyzing the impact of our efforts and highlighting improvement areas.The ideal candidate is passionate about the power of technology and data to inform people about their world.

Successful candidates are excellent communicators, knowledgeable about UI design, passionate about social platforms, comfortable in a fast-moving organization, excited to collaborate and focused squarely on bringing compelling and relevant online experiences to as many people as possible around the world.RESPONSIBILITIES+ Understand the interaction design needed for each project and meet those needs to ensure the best possible user experience is delivered+ Plan and lead creative workshops, including; Marketplace and customer research, requirements gathering and sketching sessions.+ Create wireframes, site maps, personas, task flows, user scenarios, prototypes and usability testing summaries and set-up, working under the direction of the Exec Creative Director+ Working with Solution strategists and Development to define and document features and functionality through annotations or story writing and acceptance criteria.+ Define and deliver quality strategic creative thinking, well-crafted solutions and project success metrics that meet (and exceed) a client’s and user?s expectationsREQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES+ An understanding of the best-in-class digital practices and a good user experience+ Background in interaction/experience design for ecommerce websites, mobile experiences and applications+ Well versed in UX design best practices to design solutions for mobile-first and responsive website design (PWA understanding and experience is a plus)+ Solid understanding and experience setting up, deploying and auditing results from any usability testing and user research+ Experience working in an Agile methodology is a plus+ Clearly communicate, substantiate, prototype and document your design decisions+ Passion for all things UX and design, and knowledgeable about the industry?s latest trends, technologies and compliance requirements+ Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines+ Collaborative, motivated and an enthusiastic team player+ Organized, able to think beyond what is asked for, acts independently & juggles multiple projects & competing priorities in a dynamic environment+ Excellent attention to detail+ Clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to client stakeholders and internal teams+ Interprets needs, objectives & direction from multiple sources of input & integrates feedbackEXPERIENCE+ At least 7 years of UX design experience (some agency experience preferred)+ Experience and a deep interest in ecommerce and/or transactional websites+ A great portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills in user experience & product design+ Broad knowledge of HTML5, CSS 3, Javascript and front-end frameworks+ Knowledge of current design tools (Sketch, Figma, Invision, Adobe Creative Cloud etc)+ Experience with responsive design, ecommerce, headless architecture and PWA is a huge plus!+ Experience analyzing analytics through a variety of tools (i.e GA, GTM)Corra provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training.
