Job summary : The Senior Lead Designer/Animator will act as the creative author and lead the team on animation assignments.
This role will consistently and reliably author first-rate creative solutions with minimal guidance from a Creative Director (CD).
Responsibilities: Articulate concepts visually with multiple options and personal perspective.
Lead teams of animators and designers to execute projects efficiently and effectively.
Provide strategic rationale for animation concepts.
Demonstrate originality by providing unique solutions.
Execute animation concepts to achieve project objectives.
Actively participate in brainstorming sessions.
Take initiative to resolve creative needs by researching, identifying, and implementing solutions designed to streamline the creative process and enhance productivity within the studio.
Plan project timeframes and manage priorities to meet project milestones.
Actively interpret and provide a point of view on creative briefs.
Stay on brief and take direction well.
Engage a team of design and production artists to produce exceptional creative work.
Drive innovation in the creative process.
