Execute on your designs in the Unreal Engine, with the support of engineering. Develop engaging gameplay loops, challenges, and solutions that engage players and foster community. Build out game systems with an eye for robustness $ scale.Work collaboratively with coworkers, leadership, and the rest of design to ensure the companys is delivering experiences that delight players. Analyze complex design problems and come up with creative solutions that effectively balance cost, risk and potential impact for players. Create and manage complex data sets to ensure an ideal player experience.Provide feedback, suggestions, and solutions on how to improve the game experience. Effectively respond to feedback from the team, data, and the community. Write and maintain game system documentation. Maintain systems and content pre and post-launch. Participate in interview panels for other potential candidates. Mentor junior designers in creative game design and development, as requested. Utilize knowledge of community simulation, MMO games, and creative design for community simulation genre.Requirements: Masters degree in Computer Science, Entertainment Technology or related plus 12 months of experience in the job offered and 12 months of experience in professional game designer and working within the field of interactive computer games, animations and related.
