Our client, a design studio, is seeking a Senior Designer to join the team.
We’re looking for candidates with the following skill set and experience to fill the role.
You will report to the Art Director and be responsible for: 
  Working closely with Creative Director, Partner, and clients leading the development of concepts, and leading branding and visual design efforts for a variety of consumer-facing websites, apps, and social media experiences.
  Hands-on execution of concept through delivery of branding and visual design projects   Lead ideation sessions internally, mentor jr designers supporting individual projects   Effectively present design work to peers, partners and clients   Work closely with UX designers and developers to ensure projects are meeting client goals    Ensure the highest design quality and success of deliverables at time of launch   Own and maintain a part of the internal design process/program, supporting the organization as a whole   Jump in as needed to support team, doing smaller design projects    
Musts: 
  6-8 years of visual interactive experience design for websites, apps and social media experiences   Strong sense of branding and visual design with a clean and contemporary style   Ability to efficiently mentor Jr/Sr Designers   Able and willing to provide training and guidance to Junior/Senior Designers   Strong communication and presentation skills, confident and professional    Team player who creates opportunities for innovation and excellence   Ability to time-manage, multitask and prioritize deadlines    Deep understanding of digital design principles and current trends    Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch   Strong knowledge of Google Products and experience including Slide and/or Keynote presentations   Motion animation and prototyping experience (Invision, Principle, After Effects, Origami preferred)    Basic understanding of HTML/CSS   Enjoys working on a small collaborative team jumping in as needed, voicing when having challenges, and coming up with solutions when the opportunity arises.
