Hi, I’m Abby Fitch and I lead the customer care and experience team here at Amgen.

I started at Amgen about seven years ago, and I started out actually supporting supply chain from there I moved on to leading a regional team within the commercial IS organization.

And I took on my current role about four months ago.

I’ve had opportunities to work on starting up new affiliates, global acquisitions, and setting technology strategy, amongst many other things.

I love that I’m always being challenged with new opportunities and I love working for Amgen.
