We are currently seeking a Senior Application UI/UX Designer with deep experience in creating wireframe concepts, hi-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for customer facing websites and portals at an enterprise level.
An experienced Senior Application UI/UX Designer will also have experience with creating and implementing user validation strategies, overseeing user research, cataloging user research reports, and conducting user testing.
Experience & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, software product designer or similar role
5+ years of experience creating prototypes or highly detailed wire-frames for web applications and/or workflows
5+ years’ experience designing software-as-a-service (SaaS) or enterprise applications.
Bachelor’s degree in product design, human computer interaction, UX, or related field.
Required Skills:
Demonstrable fluency with wireframing and prototyping in UX design tools (Sketch, Figma, Wireframe.cc, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns
Experience diagramming complex workflows using basic functional flows or other diagraming tools
Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision
Experience leveraging A/B testing to inform effectiveness of implementations
Responsible for taking products from concept all the way to production and designing follow on feature sets/complimentary products
Familiarity with front-end languages including HTML5, CSS, and basic JavaScript
Key Responsibilities:
Build intuitive user experiences and interfaces to solve a wide range of complex challenges in domains such as artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and data science
Design multiple dashboards and an interface to house an interactive map with multiple views and filters and functions for enterprise software application
Deliver user-centered designs (including “pixel perfect” wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, information architecture diagrams, interaction specifications, and prototypes), application function, and showcase a style guide
Illustrate design ideas with storyboards, process flows, information architecture, and sitemaps to clearly show the new feature sets and integration into existing interfaces
Conduct usability testing, user surveys, usability tests, and gather feedback, and develop efficient new UX architecture
Identify internal opportunities for improvement, through applications and/or processes
Maintain and evolve style guide development and implementation across product portfolio to ensure continuity across products visually
Partner with product managers, engineers, content authors, and others to oversee the user experience of a product or feature from concept to launch
Own the production of deliverables and documents for presentation to engineers, managers, peer design teams, and senior executives
