Position Summary:

Working from existing brand/styles guides, our Production Designer will create art and digital assets used for national and local campaigns, for web and mobile projects across AEG Presents brands, tours, and festivals.

This individual will work closely with the Art Director and the Creative Director on most projects.

While the Production Designer not only takes tasks and projects through successful completion, they will also diagnoses issues and proposes viable solutions.

An ideal candidate for this role excels at time management and has a firm understanding of all levels of production.

This individual must be flexible and able to tend to multi-task between numerous projects throughout the day depending on the demand.

Essential Functions:
Carry design projects from concept through completion for website, mobile app, and other asset needs
Brainstorm with Creative team and create conceptual designs that communicate key ideas effectively while adhering to brand guidelines of the Company and its entities
Maintain current knowledge on industry and design trends to keep the team at the forefront in design spaces and content
Ensure consistency across and organize design files and working folders to promote team efficiency
Required Qualifications:
2-4 + years of digital creative design experience
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including
– Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Office
Strong understanding of web optimization and digital file types
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be organized and detail-oriented
Ability to communicate effectively with non-designers on projects
Self-starter, able to think creatively to solve problems
Strong knowledge and interest in design and demonstrated ability to think creatively
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Experience with creating digital collateral (i.e.

Websites, mobile apps, banners, social media assets, outdoor, etc.)
Commitment to continuous learning and personal development
Experience in UX/UI preferred
Knowledge of music industry preferred
