Producer Lead, Reality Labs Creative Team

The Reality Labs group brings together world-class experts to develop and ship groundbreaking products at the intersection of hardware, software and content. We are building tools and experiences that make people feel closer together in Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR). The Reality Labs Creative Production team handles all creative asset executions, either directly or by managing external agencies to help achieve scale. The focus of this role is Digital, yet the work can also touch Filmed Content, Art Content, Social, CRM, and support for third party retailers.We are looking for a Producer Lead. This hire will lead and drive the creation of the most cutting-edge web-based experiences and e-commerce.

Responsibilities: Operate as the main production point-of-contact for web-based marketing: omni-channel campaigns, new product launches, web experiential, creative and ecommerce optimizations, and internationalizationOrganize Marketing, Creative, Engineering, and Growth team on goal-driven business initiatives. Partner with this cross-functional team to identify, triage, prioritize, and execute all site initiativesRemove roadblocks for the team working to achieve the best possible audience experience on the webWork with Program Management and cross functional partners to create and manage detailed and rigorous project schedules for internal creative/engineering teams and external partnersCreate and manage RFPs, budgets, and production plans that integrate with larger campaigns where appropriateCommunicate ongoing concise production updates to ensure teams are well informed and adjusting to meet business needs (scope and timing implications, executive summaries, action plans)Negotiate and manage project statements of work, estimates and related parametersManage external vendor relationships (technical development, design firms, production companies, etc.)Interface with and understand external partners (game developers, media partnerships)Oversee day-to-day web maintenance and support: content updates, bug fixes, legal updates, product correctness, and feature enhancements

Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years web-based digital producer experienceProven industry experience on large-scale consumer product and brand launchesExperience working closely with engineers, designers, front end developers and external vendors to launch high quality web experiencesExperience running mid-sized to large projects with multiple stakeholdersExperience managing multiple large scale projects simultaneouslyExperience working with Product MarketingExperience building working relationships with core and cross-functional teamsExperience with interface design tools such as FigmaExperience managing external creative and production partnersExperience with website accessibilityExperience with global experiences, with localized content, legal implications, currency organizational task and budget management skillsExpert at drafting SOWs, dealing with business affairs managers, legal teams, and policy teams on issues such as content licensing and partner managementAsset management skillsExperience working and thriving in a self-starter, fast-paced and dynamic environment
