Successful candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in Revit Design/Modeling.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years in Revit/CAD Mechanical Modeling.
· Knowledgeable in latest Revit program release including 2018 and newer.
· Able to follow engineering sketches to produce Mechanical drawings and Revit models with minimum supervision.
· Familiar with Revit setup (i.e., templates, details, sheets arrangements, view templates, families, etc.)
· Familiar with most drawing aids and techniques (i.e., modeling, editing and annotation).
· Efficiently able to manage multiple assignments to meet project deadlines.
· Experience with Piping systems, supports and Mechanical Equipment for industrial and wastewater applications.
· Able to read moderately complex Mechanical and Plumbing drawings.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work cohesively with other design staff.
· Understand Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) vocabulary and terminology.
· Navisworks capability is a plus.
· Experienced using Microsoft Office products.
Job Requirements:
Job Responsibilities:
· Develop detailed design drawings using Revit, AutoCAD and Plant3D software.
· Create 3D Mechanical and Plumbing designs that follow EED standards and procedures.
· Create schedules in Revit (i.e., tie-in list, pipeline summary, etc.)
· Conduct clash detections with other disciplines and resolve conflicts.
· Update models to reflect as-built conditions.
