About
We are looking for a team-oriented, self-motivated individual to lead product design on our growing team.
You will be responsible for serving as a design expert that can independently own projects, manage designers, and collaborate with product managers, engineers and senior leaders to develop digital experience for our clients platforms.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of UX, UI and visual designers to support the redesign of our clients web and native app platforms.
Developing prototypes/wireframes for both marketing and in-product moments on web and mobile
Demonstrate an expertise of information architecture, UX/UI strategy and visual hierarchy to enable the team to efficiently and creatively solve complex design problems
Oversee the creation of end-to-end user flows (from acquisition, to check out, to in-product) and develop effective prototypes in partnership with the in-house creative and engineering teams of the client.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Development, and client’s in house Marketing teams to help shape a holistic product direction and champion user experience
Develop prototypes with a scrappy and innovative team to solve for complex design and user needs.

Work with multiple teams to define and execute design requirements, wireframes, flow diagrams, product experience architecture, high-quality mockups, and specifications
Apply understanding of UI/UX patterns to projects with responsive web, mobile app, and user research
Expand and implement existing design systems and brand guidelines design guidelines, patterns, and libraries
Be accountable for product design work is delivered on time, with strong attention to detail and the needs of the product, our brand, and our customers
Qualifications:
6+ years of professional experience as a product designer, creating product design end-to-end for multiple devices and platforms with a proven track record of independently leading projects and managing designers
A quick learner and self-starter, with an inherent sense of empathy and ability to lead others and work collaboratively
A willingness to provide regular, direct and impactful feedback in team meetings and engage designers to help them grow their interpersonal and design skills
An extensive online portfolio of design work, showcasing your role in creating products with a clean visual aesthetic and eye for detail
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills supported by strategic thinking and data-driven design
Strong design foundation in UI/UX design, research, user flows, site architecture, prototyping, and user research/testing
Practical knowledge of user testing methodologies
Proficient in visual and web design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite, Microsoft Office, GSuite and Slack.
