The Aledade Experience Design & Research (XDR) team is looking for passionate and talented Senior Experience Designers to envision and design products and services that help transform primary health care in the US to truly patient centered, equitable, value based care.
You’ll exercise and grow your outstanding skills in product design
– spanning interaction, visual, and content design
– to envision, define, and deliver innovative human centered solutions to a range of complex and important challenges including: delivering comprehensive interdisciplinary care to high risk patients seamlessly engaging with and supporting patients delivering actionable insights that inform clinical decision making and population health management streamlining and accelerating essential clinical workflows and practice operations You’ll collaborate with other members of our rapidly growing Experience Design & Research team, cross functional team members (product managers, clinicians, engineers, data scientists, operational and field support teams, etc.) AND continuously engage with and learn from the people and practices we serve (clinicians, nurses, practice managers, support staff, patients).
You’ll see key projects through from start to finish, iteratively generating product/service concepts, prototyping interactive experiences and interfaces, and delivering detailed designs for new product/service releases.
You’ll leverage insights from experience research and an appreciation for human experience and behavior change to inspire, ground, and inform your work.
Working closely with cross functional agile teams, you’ll creatively consider and address the social, technology, business, and data contexts to help deliver viable and compelling solutions with measurable impact for the people we serve and for the Aledade mission.
