About the Role:
You may work remotely, or in one of our 3 offices in LA, SLC, or Boca Raton.
We are looking for a rock star creative who loves home/fashion/bedding.

You may work remotely for this role.
We have two brands, PillowGuy.com and EllayJayne.com.
We are looking for somebody who always has ideas on how to best use creativity to help support a hot, new up-and-coming brand.

You also know how to push brand equity and promotional concepts for sales.

Creative Strategy:
Define and develop our strategic creative direction that cuts through the noise in the digital space.
Oversee creative to accomplish Ella Jayne and Pillow Guy business objectives.
Work closely with the CMO to plan, create, and conceptualize marketing campaigns and content that is on-brand.
Continue the work we have done, but take us to the next level and help develop the creative fundamentals of Ella Jayne and Pillow Guy, with a vision you can execute.

Oversee creative that speaks to a range of consumers, females for Ella Jayne, males for Pillow Guy.
Ensure designs and content consistently and positively reflect the brand image and company ideals throughout various customer touchpoints

Our Requirements:
5 years of professional experience as a creative
Excellent storytelling skills
An idea person – lots of ideas for digital DTC promotions

Past experience:
Creating integrated content across multiple marketing channels from digital, social media, advertisements, email, sales decks, and possibly in-store (not a deal-breaker).
Strong proven ability to understand the Ella Jayne and Pillow Guy consumer
Passionate about building a challenger brand towards iconic status
History of problem-solving and bringing innovative solutions
A good portfolio of work that has driven consumer behavior through insights, data, and innovative execution.
Preferably experience with digitally native brands
