Work youll do As an Instructional Designer within the Human Capital practice you will: Work on-site to assist client in the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of an interactive hybrid training programs for delivery to a global audience Use Human-Centered Design approaches to empathize with the needs of learners, design a set of innovative solutions to address those needs, and prototype and iterate solutions with learners and other stakeholders Conduct in-depth needs analysis to determine performance gaps and appropriate learning solutions Collaborate with clients and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to establish design specifications including writing learning objectives, sequencing topics, providing content development, and designing exercises Recommend and champion the use of innovative learning technologies to address performance need Develop storyboard using SME provided content Apply Agile development principles to rapidly design, develop, iterate, and rollout learning solutions Review deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, and consistency with the detailed design plan Conduct full spectrum of evaluation activities including analyzing content, writing test items, designing and conducting session evaluations Review and revise course content based on stakeholder feedback Prepare and present deliverables, status reports, and presentations The team: Human Capital/Workforce Transformation Deloittes Government and Public Services (GPS) practice our people, ideas, technology and outcomesis designed for impact.

Qualifications Required: Bachelors degree in a related field is required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph is required 5 years of prior experience in developing products or content that engages learners and addresses performance gaps through learning Familiarity with instructional design approaches, such as ADDIE, Human-Centered Design, and Agile Ability to plan and implement learning solutions through application of adult learning theory and emerging educational technology Ability to manage multiple learning projects at various stages of development Ability to work closely with SMEs, graphic artists, programmers, media developers, and technical writers to develop instructionally sound and engaging learning products Preferred: Master’s Degree in related field Prior experience working in the Federal Intelligence field Works well in a team environment and independently and adapt to changing client needs quickly Excellent project management skills: develop and manage project cost, schedule, and communication with stakeholders Working knowledge of Camtasia, Articulate, or Adobe Captivate and familiarity with Section 508 Compliance ABBTECH is an EOE/Minorities/Women/Disabled Individuals/Veterans
