Our client, an international gaming company, is seeking an Instructional Designer to join their hardworking and collaborative team on a temp basis!
The ideal candidate is a patient and passionate individual who is excited about helping our client create learning materials and best practices for their educational opportunities.
This is a 6-month contract that is remote to start and eventually onsite in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
Design highly proficient learning experiences for classroom, virtual, eLearning, and MOOC settings
Utilize a variety of learning theory techniques to create experiences that address skill and knowledge gaps
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to define and design classroom learning experiences and self-directed resources
Connect performance enhancing learning programs with individuals and teams
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in learning and development
An appropriate knowledge of education theory and popular subjects
Experience with learning design, eLearning development, and facilitation
Strong communication, interpersonal, listening, and juggling skills
Video development (Vyond) and graphic design skills
