Bev is looking to grow the creative team!Graphic design at Bev means creating vibrant pieces of content and collateral that can live across all visuals platforms. We are looking for someone who”s creative style aligns with the Bev brand; someone who is energized, organized, solution oriented, and who is looking to grow with Bev as we expand rapidly.Responsibilities:Work within brand guidelines and standards to create the most cohesive experience for Bev consumers Collaborate with the social team to curate & create content for all social media platforms for Bev and Mady By Chicks Work within the marketing team and communicate with external partners to create, update and deliver on digital advertising Collaborate within organization to build out new product launches and marketing campaigns Assist on in-house content creation during video and photoshoots Build out unique website landing pages using information from advertising, partnerships, and sales using shopify backend appsDesign printed point of sale assets to be placed in retail storesIdeate and create mockups for retail display, and configure display designs to specific – die lines Update and create packaging for new and existing products Design printed material for out of home marketing and events Update and create graphics for Bev”s merch line Communicate with external email team to deliver assets and feedback Handle and organize file structure within Air foldersMisc file handling and resizingSkills & Experience :Adobe suite: Photoshop, illustrator, xd, indesignKnowledge of after effects and premiere are a huge +5+ years of graphic design experience working in apparel, fashion, beauty, beverage or cpgSolid understanding of content creation across digital advertising and social platformsKnowledge of shopify back endFile setup for CMYK printPackaging designWorking within close, fast-paced teamPersonality: Confidence to bring new ideas to the tableGreat communication skills Desire to learn and grow within the company Aware of trends in design, digital, retail, and fashion Ability to adapt quickly
