Responsibilities:
· Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with business users and product managers.
· Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
· Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
· Identify and address potential UX issues during planning sessions.
· Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
Skills required:
· Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer (emphasis on UX)
· Excellent deliverables including prototypes, detailed page schematics, sketches, interaction flows, site maps, forms, and navigation systems
· Strong understanding of usability principles, web standards, UI patterns and their application, as well as mobile app usage and design
· Proven ability to diplomatically advocate for the user, communicate informed design rational and value, as well as manage related expectations and process changes
· Effective communication, organization, time management, and interpersonal skills.
· Up to date with the latest UI technologies and practices
· Excellent problem-solving skills – able to identify, analyze and propose solutions to various technical and business issues
· Good design aesthetic and a strong ability to judge visual appearance, ensuring alignment with brand and enterprise standards
· Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, “self-starter” environment
· Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript is a big plus
