OSEA is looking for a talented and motivated graphic designer to support our creative team in a project-based freelance capacity.
This person will be responsible for creating on-brand marketing assets.
Some examples of assets include emails, website assets, social media graphics, marketing materials, etc.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organization, communication, and collaboration skills, along with a positive attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and design various materials for digital and print collateral for the brand including but not limited to:
Weekly marketing emails using existing templates
Website assets including but not limited to landing pages, banners, editing photo as needed from various brands and vendors
Infographics for social media
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within the design specifications and timelines
Translate decks and other marketing presentations from Indesign to editable Powerpoint and Google Slides templates
Maintain and organize creative assets within Asana, Wrike, Dropbox, and other file sharing tools
SKILLS:
Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Powerpoint
Proficiency in Basic PM Tools i.e Slack, Asana, Wrike
Requirements
5+ years working as graphic designer with various brands and companies
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and web
Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Must be available to work pacific time zone hours (9am-6pm PT)
