Education Designer — Remote | WFH

Job Objective: As an Education Designer with our team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Office of the Chief Data Officer in advancing the Data Strategy, aimed at enhancing the understanding and utilization of our data resources. Responsibilities: Support Dashboard Demonstrations to facilitate effective use and understanding of resources, including: Training and guiding stakeholders on navigating dashboards. Hosting workshops and training sessions to educate users. Enhance data literacy through training, documentation, and feedback mechanisms, including: Facilitating Analyst Basic and Intermediate programs. Providing operational support for existing training programs. Maintaining and expanding the Data Academy. Developing, refining, and delivering new courses for the Data Literacy Framework. Utilizing the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) method for instructional design. Developing and executing communications plans and marketing campaigns. Establishing measures to assess the effectiveness of data literacy initiatives.
