Description A mission critical role for Skedulo is the Director of Brand & Creative.
In this role you’ll lead a small multi-disciplinary creative team that works to develop marketing communications spanning from digital advertising and social campaigns to websites, videos, presentations, print campaigns and events.
The ideal candidate has a passion for brand building and creative strategy, while also having the eye to execute pixel-perfect design and crisp on-brand copywriting.
They can provide effective feedback to visual designers, copywriters and animators.
They can mentor and coach team members and help them to level-up and grow as creatives.
They can nurture, manage and direct partnerships with external agencies and contractors.
We’re looking for someone who is both a strategic thinker and an executional powerhouse.
Someone who can continue to drive forward the Skedulo brand and level of creative execution, while ensuring that all sales and marketing objectives are met.
Requirements Work closely with EVP Marketing and leadership peers across the marketing organization to execute on key marketing programs.
Lead creative strategy and campaign execution across a range of channels, touchpoints and media types.
Guide the development and evolution of the Skedulo internal, external and employer brand, voice, and visual identity.
Elevate the quality of creative execution, getting hands on where required, across a range of outputs
– including but not limited to web design, digital advertising, print, editorial, social media and events.
Develop and evolve the skedulo.com website in partnership with marketing leadership Work closely with the Head of Design to develop and champion new creative capabilities that move the brand forwards (e.g.
in areas like copywriting, video production and animation).
