Members can play, pause and resume watching, all without commercials orcommitments.This role is within the Talent Mobility team as part of our broader Talent organization. The position will have the responsibility for the implementation of Netflix’s Talent Mobility technology tools, lead diverse and sophisticated projects from concept through to execution, as well as support the team in achieving Netflix’s “experience mission” through technology by acting as a consultative and trusted Project Manager. Note, the use of the term “Digital” refers to the integration of people and technology to create more meaningful personalized experiences for our employees. As the Digital Experience Designer, you’ll work with the broader team to identify experience gaps with a focus on areas that can be better supported by technology, including existing HR technology, existing Talent Mobility technology, or new technology that is available on the market.The ideal candidate is proactive and thrives in a fast-paced and at times ambiguous environment. At the same time, we are aligned with our Company’s culture and business needs.The Role:* You will seek to understand the unique needs of the organization and develop project plans for design, implementation, and change management/training.* You will identify pain points and solve for them across the Talent Mobility team (e.g. breakdowns in workflows, challenges impacting candidate and employee experience, etc.).* You will develop and implement creative solutions, leveraging the latest technology, tools, and approaches available to ensure a high level of employee satisfaction.* You will apply Inclusion and Diversity principles throughout your work.* You will work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors,and selected technology providers to create a seamless experience delivery.* You will build and navigate strong partnerships with internal stakeholders (Talent Acquisition, Tax, Employment Legal, Business leaders, etc.), seek their input, and partner with them to implement enhancements to our service delivery; you will remain client and partner focused in everything you do.* You will obtain alignment among stakeholders on scope, goals, deliverables, resources, roles & responsibilities, and project governance.* You will be an ambassador and advocate of Talent Mobility and their tools to other key stakeholders (e.g. Talent Acquisition).* You will manage project plan deadlines and coordinate responsibilities between internal stakeholders and external stakeholders/vendors (Netflix’s Relocation, Tax, and Immigration providers); you’ll seek creative solutions to accommodate stakeholder needs and concerns, seeking compromises where necessary, and moving things forward as the informed captain when “agree and commit” is the best approach.* You will assess the organization’s existing talent strategy, (in partnership with the Talent Mobility Director) in relation to what’s needed to meet service delivery objectives, and develop headcount plans to address gaps.* You will leverage strong communication skills and interpersonal skills to drive decisions, successful implementation, and effective change management, with the ability to articulate the vision and bring people along.* You will focus on technology and opportunities where we can further optimize, while maintaining a world view that focuses on what’s possible, and not hung up on what has been done before.To be successful, you’ve done this before and bring with you the following skills:* 8-10+ years of project management experience* Knowledge and experience working in the talent mobility space (ideally both internal corporate and from a service provider perspective)* Baseline knowledge of technology and engineer understanding (e.g. understanding of product implementation processes, timelines, language, and coding)* Ability to connect technology implementation to service delivery and customer experience.* High customer service focus, empathetic, high EQ* Innovative – reconceptualize issues to discover solutions to hard problems; able to challenge prevailing assumptions, and suggest better approaches* Deep problem-solving and troubleshooting skills* Ability to draw connections between seemingly disparate concepts or needs* Trusted and inclusive builder of relationships across diverse sets of teams* Utilize business and strategic context to prioritize needs on and across projects* Effectively able to influence cross-functional teams and drive towards shared goals and/or deliverables, regardless of title or hierarchy
