Creative Strategist

Our Media Agency client is seeking a Creative Strategist to join their team.

In this role you will work with client customers to devise creative strategies and develop creative assets, share insights and concepts directly to customers, presenting a variety of creative strategies, concepts, and deliverables.

Responsibilities
Develop creatives such as headlines, images, videos and landing pages
Use analytics and data to inform creative iterations
Share learnings and insights internally and externally using diverse formats and channels
Understand how to design and apply strategic thinking to help client’s achieve success
Create unique stories across a diverse range of media
– including a thorough understanding of all major social media platforms
Translate concepts into compelling strategic narratives and effectively create impactful presentations
Be part of shaping high-level, multi-platform big idea driven campaigns for clients
Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth
Mentor and lead designers and landing page specialists
Successfully navigate client and partner agency relationships
Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant area of study
5+ years of solid experience as a Strategist in a marketing agency environment
D2C, eCommerce, Enterprise and/or Entertainment experience a plus
Experience managing a team
Strong writer, communicator and presenter
Proven quantitative and qualitative research experience
Ability to create stunning presentations for agency teams and clients (think stylistic storytelling)
Strong familiarity with all major social media platforms, such as, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, Tumblr, and LinkedIn
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and HTML a plus
Experience applying tech, culture, entertainment, business, and social media trends into strategic ideas and creative solutions
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage insights to draw sound conclusions and recommendations
