Shareability, Inc. is a StoryTech company recognized for high-level strategic thinking as well as creating some of the most successful branded stories in the world. We’re currently seeking a highly-motivated and strategic minded Creative Director to collaborate with our existing teams and help scale our growing Digital Marketing and Consulting business.

This position reports to our Chief Story Officer and will primarily function as the day-to-day creative lead for our client Digicel, the largest digital services and telecom provider in the Caribbean. The CD will be an organizing force for guiding internal and client-developed creative, collaborating directly with our story, account and management teams to develop creative ideas, sell them through to clients and help client-based marketing managers develop executable ideas for their channels. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that will work on other clients as well on a project basis.
This is currently a remote, work-from-home position. However, you will have access to our Shareability House in West LA for team and client meetings as needed.
Skills / Experience :

7+ years of working in a creatively-driven role specializing in Brand Management, Marketing, Advertising, or Video Production

Deep experience leading 360 campaigns, extending digital ideas across other more traditional formats, leveraging influencers, and creating content (long form and short form) for social media

Proven success collaborating with multiple teams, relating ideas to brand objectives, transforming cultural insights into engaging creative, pitching creative and seeing projects through end to end creative processes

Highly skilled in balancing multiple, complex, concurrent projects

Able to respond and adapt to the needs of a highly matrixed client organization and
ensure work is delivered to a high standard

Global experience – a demonstrated understanding of the nuance and cultural heritage of
markets across the Caribbean, Latin America, and the South Pacific region

Strong written and verbal communication skills; Spanish language a plus

Copywriting skills a must

Design skills a plus

Telecom experience a plus
