Westbrook Media, our digital content studio, is hiring an experienced Creative Producer to lead branded marketing campaigns.
This person is a creative-minded producer with production and post-production expertise.
The ideal candidate will have commercial experience, is passionate about digital media and marketing, and is comfortable navigating the creative process from end-to-end.
The ideal candidate understands how to communicate and collaborate effectively across various marketing, design, and film functions.
Most importantly, this person must have a genuine passion and an innate understanding of storytelling.
This position reports to the Creative Director at Westbrook Media.
In this Role, You will:
Creative:
Work directly with the creative director to manage the creative process from pitch to post production to bring the creative vision to life in a timely & effective manner; including participating in the project briefing phase / early stages of development
Balance creative innovation and production execution; switching between left brain to right-brain creative production
Ensure creative is on brand, high quality, throughout project execution
Production Management & Post Production:
Partner closely with the physical production team to help manage creative production costs and offer creative solutions that stay within budget parameters and liaise with teams to inform them of their spend and make adjustments based on creative or budgetary constraints
Ensure post-production edit and final execution through a brand lens
Provide updates to partner managements teams and clients on execution process
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a creative or content producer within a creative team; ideally former experience working with an in-house production team at a creative or advertising agency
Post-production experience and/or editing/motion graphics work samples
Strong written and communication skills
Ability to balance multiple projects at once, setting workback schedules and prioritizing accordingly.
Digital marketing expertise and extensive knowledge of the inner workings of the entertainment industry
