Our portfolio includes massive festivals like Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas—the largest multi-day music festival in North America—nightclubs like Space in Miami, and countless one-off parties throughout the country and the world.

Insomniac is known for producing the most innovative, immersive music festivals and events in the world, having created more than 400 over the last 2.5 decades.

We make apparel and accessories for all our music festivals, record labels and artist collabs, as well as two streetwear brands: iconic 90s LA streetwear label Freshjive, and Insomniac LTD, which is inspired by early 90s rave/warehouse party culture.

We are constantly adding new initiatives to our plate.

We are looking for a Creative Director to define our brands and develop best in class marketing and advertising across all our touchpoints.

The Apparel Group Creative Director is responsible for developing every piece of communication across our portfolio of apparel brands and festival merchandise.

Key Responsibilities + Define the vision and guidelines for our brands + Strategize, concept and design compelling marketing and advertising campaigns across digital, social and experiential.

+ Drive the look and feel of our creative assets, campaigns, photo shoots and more + Create original materials or work with existing styles to push the execution to the fullest potential+ Manage production workflow and team resourcing within budget and timing constraints+ Mentor and lead our creative team of graphic designers, photographers, videographers and copywriters + Manage our in-house resources + tap your network of freelancers and external partners to find the right solution to every challenge.

The Ideal Person + Knows how to build brands that can scale + Understands fashion, dance music and pop culture, and the connection between all three.

+ Is a great manager with excellent design skills and a great sense of creative direction, including copy.

+ Has worked with artists on limited edition drops + Has worked in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple projects at once, both large and small + Has mentored and grown teams, and has a network of trusted talent we can call on for projects, short and long-term + Has 6-8 years relevant experience leading teams and working with compelling brands + Has strong portfolio of personal design work, demonstrating flair, creativity and a broad range of design skill + Strong, motivational leadership skills Work Environment + Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments + May work in drastic temperature climates + Must be willing to travel to work during holiday, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines Applicants for employment in the U.S.
