We are looking for a Creative Coordinator with strategic and production experience managing creative assets and workflow in various digital marketing channels to join our team!
The Creative Coordinator will be able to connect inspiring ideas to outcomes and provide actionable creative insights and recommendations to clients.
They are masters of formats, formulas and know when it’s best to break free from best practice.
They are champions of great work inspired by data, and understand what truly activates an audience.
The Creative Coordinator can help formulate creative and messaging connection plans for a single channel or across all of them
– and they know how to bring those ideas to life during the creative production process.
They’ll work directly with clients, internal channel teams and the creative team to ensure we are doing everything that is needed to drive both brand and demand for the creative campaigns we produce.

What You Will Do
Set the Creative Strategy and determine the best ways to activate creative across a single channel or integrated channels Establish relationships with clients, helping connect their overall objectives to creative needs Be an extension of the client’s marketing team by building a trusting relationships with client day-to-day POCs as well as key decision-makers, and seek to build personal rapport to increase relationship stickiness Lead day to day correspondence with client for all things related to creative initiatives Serve as strategic partner for client and internal teams to ensure account strategy is mapped out and aligns with client’s objectives Provide core organizational and project management services on all creative projects; collaborating with client and channel strategists on calendars and moving creative projects along on schedule from start to finish Draft creative briefs to effectively translate the overall strategy and vision of the creative to our copywriting and design teams Able to manage designs and copy to ensure clients’ brand guidelines / voice and tone are being upheld and elevated Flawless proofreading and copywriting skills Present creative designs to client with clear rationale for creative decisions and ability to push back on client when needed Internalize internal and client feedback, and collaborate with creative team, strategists, and account managers to adjust accordingly Thorough QA of all outgoing assets to ensure there are no mistakes Utilize analytics & data such as Google Analytics to discover opportunities and strategies and well as assist with reporting needs.
Ensure & facilitate cross channel communication both internally & externally Proactively assist larger teams to provide POV to clients on industry trends Prioritize and execute on competing tasks via our project management platform (Wrike) to deliver results across multiple accounts Scope management to ensure client is being flagged of overages or rush fees

What We Are Looking For
Minimum of 2-3 years of digital marketing & creative experience (agency experience a plus!) Strong knowledge of multiple digital channels and best ways to activate them through creative messaging and design Ability to build relationships with clients and peers Strong written and oral communication skills, specifically around presentations The ability to research, find and deliver actionable creative insights Extensive experience writing creative briefs and managing the creative process with design teams Ability to quickly dial into a brand guide and work with design teams to ensure brand guidelines are met Natural tendency to dive in and find answers to questions that may not yet be documented Ability to master a very busy schedule with changing priorities Strong analytical and problem solving skills Pristine attention to detail Positive spirit and outgoing attitude
