Responsibilities: Build scalable payment experiences Introduce new payment solutions to a global audience Audit existing payment experiences to identify opportunities for improvement Write and test clear, innovative content for payment reminders and error messagesThe successful candidate will be motivated by the challenges of getting maximum impact in the space of a few words and communicating sensitive information.The Team:You’ll join a small, collaborative group of Content Designers who work side-by-side with Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and Analysts. You’ll also partner with our Globalization team to make our product amazing around the world.Your Skills: You excel at communicating in simple and meaningful ways You provide both strategic direction and hands-on writing, and know how to create clear, concise user experiences You’re a storyteller at heart who can craft and orchestrate cohesive narratives across channels. You understand that voice is key to people connecting to and forming relationships with a product, and the nuances of communicating sensitive info. You communicate often and productively with both visual and mathematical thinkers, and are comfortable advocating for your point of view in our candid, feedback-driven culture. You have a track record of proactively helping the team keep momentum on projects, even when there’s ambiguityQualifications: 4+ years of relevant writing experience: UX writing, content strategy, consumer-focused copywriting, short-form digital, analytical thinking about customer journeys and content flows Comfortable with A/B testing – forming a hypothesis, designing a test, and building off results Highly collaborative and comfortable partnering with design and product teams Experience working with global brands, payments and consumer products is a plus Strengthened by systems thinking and developing scalable content patterns, with a special interest in standards and terminology to ensure consistency Mastery of AP style, with the confidence to know when to break the rulesClient DescriptionLove television and movies?
