We are a web design and development agency here in California, and currently looking to hire a marketing and sales manager.
Our potential clients are eager to sign, but we need someone to close the deals and get the ball rolling.
We can help provide warm leads, although there will still be cold calling involved.Someone who would be GREAT at this job would have the following skills and attributes:Has at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling websites, software, or related business products.Is not afraid to make cold calls.Is able and willing to work from home and manage their time wisely without direct supervision.Has a working computer, phone, internet connection, valid driver’s license and a car as this job does involve travel in and around greater Los Angeles area .Compensation: We pay a $2,500 monthly base against commission.We pay 50% commission on upfront billings.The commission would vary from 5 15% based on the amount of sales you bring in every month.Min.
