Civil Designer (Residential Real Estate)

Tripalink, founded in 2016, is a product-and community-focused residential co-living company with a unique and integrated business model being a property operator and a real estate developer.

Tripalink has entered 7 major cities in the US and is managing over 4000 bed-spaces.

*This position is required to work on-site.

Responsibilities:
Completes construction projects by preparing civil design, documents and permit.

Prepares civil design by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photographs, and tests on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and related topographical and geologic data.

Perform designs for civil site including grading and drainage; also for utility infrastructure Creates feasibility study by analyzing engineering design, conducting environmental impact studies, and assembling data.

Attain grading permit application to LADBS / LADWP for projects.

Supports other team members as needed.

Requirement:
Proven at least 2 years of working experience in civil design or related field Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or Revit Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals, drainage etc.

Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills Effective organizational, stress and time management skills Knowledge of California / LA local or state law is a plus
