Brand Designer

We’re looking for an innovative Brand Designer excited to focus on a wide range of design projects and functions for our marketing team.

This role will focus on branding + design ranging from UX, brand guidelines, merchandising materials, product packaging, in-store displays, social media, animations, and graphic design.
Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you’ll collaborate across all departments and work directly with our agency partners to develop content that supports our omnichannel strategy.

You’ll play a key role in our upcoming rebrand process in addition to researching competitor advertising, keeping up to date with new graphic and packaging design trends and new content formats.This is an exciting opportunity to own a variety of design functions on a small but mighty team where you’ll have a lot of influence and ownership.
The ideal candidate is obsessed with packaging, technical design and the experience of the consumer.

Must be incredibly detailed, organized, and eager to work in a quickly growing fast-paced company.
Responsibilities
Partner and collaborate closely with cross functional creative, strategic and operational teams Develop visual materials to engage distributors, retailers and consumers, including packaging and in-store displays Execute engaging product packaging, collateral, and signage from concept to delivery of print-ready assets Develop and own the proofing and quality control process of all internally produced content, ensuring the final deliverable is free of any off-brand messaging or visuals, grammatical, design, or other issues Illustrate vector icons and diagrams that clearly communicate product features and benefits Design marketing assets, including performance marketing ads, social media graphics and email campaigns.

Support with UX design for Outstanding Foods site Work with vendors and manufacturers to develop, proof and finalize end products Provide clear and constructive feedback to your team members that inspires their best work Strategize with the team to create better processes for existing workflows Demonstrate proactive organizational, time management, and prioritization skills when faced with ambiguous challenges and limited direction
Requirements
3-5 years of experience including graphic, UX, brand and packaging design Strong portfolio of demonstrated experience bringing products to market and enhancing the retail experience for major brands Understanding the customer journey, with experience creating mock designs at every stage Bachelor’s degree in design or related field preferred Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D programs (CAD, Keyshot, Solidworks)
