This role will be responsible for developing and executing world-class creative and design that pushes our brand forward.
This role will play a critical part in building design systems that span across digital and physical products including web, packaging, email, motion, ads and other emerging media types.
This role will be reporting to and collaborating directly with Bite’s Co-Founder & Creative Officer.ResponsibilitiesExecute creative for high-visibility projects.Lead design efforts across a range of mediums including digital and physical products, marketing initiatives and brand expansion.Create design systems that push the limit of contemporary brand standards.Design and uphold world-class standards across all customer touch points..Preferred QualificationsYou have 7+ years of creative experience (with a focus on brand design)You are obsessed with design and have an insatiable desire to grow personally and professionally as a creative leaderYou pride yourself on having exceptionally good taste and are bothered by “bad design”Have a strong fundamental understanding of color theory, typography, iconography, composition, and visual hierarchyYou possess a strong understanding of the customer journey and user experience.You have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams as the project’s creative leadYou are experienced with packaging design and can execute design across multiple mediums and printing formats.Your eye for quality means you prefer to see your designs from concept, through the production process, and into a customers hand.You are proficient with the Adobe Creative Suites (PS, AI, AE), Figma, Capture One and you are adaptable to emerging new tools.You dream in the clouds and thrive in the trenches.
