Associate Creative Director, Experience Design (UX) Job Summaryn n AMP Agency, LA is currently seeking a ACD, Experience Design (UX) for our growing Experience Design team.

The ACD, Experience Design will work closely with our Design and Development team to measure and optimize applications to improve ease of use and create the best user experience.

The ACD, Experience Design will also be responsible with leading user tests, helping with requirements gathering, wireframe creation and assisting with documentation for the development team.

This is a hands-on role so we want this individual to have the ability to help run a project team from a UX standpoint but also have the skills to do the work when needed.

We want a big thinker and risk taker in design thinking to help push past the obvious and make something better.n n ACD Of Experience Design (UX) Duties And Responsibilitiesn Evaluating existing applications and evaluating their UX (user experience) effectiveness Measuring the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design Skills in the following applications: Adobe Creative Suite including XD, Sketch, InVision and Figma Ability to prototype using either XD or Figma to help test concepts as well as to help communicate the experience to both the internal teams and clients Experience conducting and/or working with a team to conduct user testing of applications and websites Creating and implementing interaction models, user flows, and user interface specifications Communicating scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and working extremely close with the design team Developing and maintaining wireframes and specifications of best practices to share with the design team as new projects begin.

This individual would also be expected to present work to the clientn n UX Designer Requirements And Qualificationsn BS in Interaction Design is a plus Ideally has a design background 4+ years in User Experience Design Portfolio of sample projects highlighting design for web-based and mobile applications & consumer-facing web sites Experience working with a variety of verticals/industries including Travel, Retail, Financial, Auto etc… Keeps up with the latest trends, best practices, and competitive landscape Ability to work well with ambiguity or when requirements are still in flux Proven experience showing a clear understanding of the intersection between user needs, technology requirements, and business goals Artistic eye for design and the ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work closely with a team of different disciplines Excellent organizational, time and project management skills An understanding of the latest design and technology trends and their role in a commercial environment Business-minded approach to time, costs and deadlinesn Powered by JazzHRn nmZoLc7yxsK
