As the Associate Creative Director (ACD) of Digital you will combine your first-in-class design skills with a proven ability to make strong decisions and push your team to deliver “thumb-stopping” work by developing original creative concepts and approaches as well as overseeing project design all the way through execution.
The ACD contributes to the development of digital and social media and marketing strategies, drives the collaborative efforts of the project’s creative, and is a “builder” themselves.
As ACD, you act as a mentor for the creative employees and you work seamlessly across departments to deliver the best work possible.
The ACD works closely and collaboratively with the Creative Director, digital producers, and social managers to create compelling content for a variety of project types that include (but not limited to): websites, apps, banner ads, motion graphics and static social graphics.

Concept, develop, and communicate creative ideas effectively
A strong ability to provide clear creative direction and provide timely feedback to keep work on schedule
Has equal comfort in creating motion pieces as statics
Has a clear understanding of website interaction, design, UI, etc.
Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities at all levels both internal and client-facing
Comprehensive awareness and love of new platforms, technologies, and trends in digital and social
Critically thinks about creative and constantly asks “how can we make this better?” or “how can we turn this on its head?”
Proven leadership skills with the ability to simultaneously move a project along while taking the time to foster the talents of the creative team and encouraging a team camaraderie
Communicate project status to the relevant teams (Creative Director, Social Director, Digital Director, Executive Creative Director when applicable)
Participate and lead brainstorm and ideation sessions
Has a positive and “can-do” attitude
Consistently meet project deliverable deadlines in a timely, responsive manner
Thinks about creative strategically and how it fits into the larger campaign narrative
Pays close attention to detail and keeps a strong sense of urgency
Oversees the updating of the Concept Arts website
Informs the Creative Director of any risks, problems, or client unhappiness immediately
