Currently we are looking for a Creative Recruiter with creative agency experience working with creative services and hiring for high level creative positions.
This position will focus on key strategic hires across multiple teams and clients.This position can be remote.
15-20 hours, per week with the possibility of extending.Responsibilities:Source talent for full time and project based assignmentsHost initial phone screensWork with Resource Managers to prioritize and expedite open requisitionsBuild relationships with prospective talent that may be suitable for current or future openingsSource, review, and qualify both passive and active candidatesDeliver candidate recommendations to onsite teams and clients that match job requirements and include relevant supporting information such as portfolios, demo reels, referrals, and general highlightsSet appropriate expectations with candidates keeping them informed and aware of processNegotiate compensation and communicate benefits offeringsLook for opportunities to continuously improve our service offering and quality of executionSkills:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsClient service mindset with the ability to adapt to changing requirementsAbility to prioritize competing initiatives which all appear urgentProficient with technology including; Applicant Tracking SystemsGoogle Apps, (docs, sheets, presentations, calendar, mail, drive, etc)Social Media: LinkedIn, Twitter, FacebookJob BoardsComfortable working on high volume, fast turnaround assignmentsComfortable negotiating compensationDemonstrable knowledge of employment regulations and industry best practicesStrong follow-through, attention to detail, and clear vision with the understanding of when to take accountabilityQualifications:4-6 years of recruiting experience, preferably within creative agencies, content production, or event production areasCreative Industry a mustPassive and active sourcing experience requiredPowered by JazzHRgQA2g2FfpP
